The Trainee Program at Wörwag Pharma was for me the optimal start of my professional career after graduating.
Training in the various departments was customized: From a few hours to several weeks or months, depending on the interfaces that I would have in the future. Additionally, I was allowed to attend numerous continuing education courses and seminars, to visit our external service providers and discover how they collaborated from their point of view.
Through a long period in the sales force, I could get to know our customers in person as well as include and implement their wishes and comments in the back office. Several stays abroad in our international branches were also part of the Trainee Program, which I found very useful for exchanging ideas and experiences and getting to know their market structures and marketing activities. For my future position in product management, I could already become familiarized with all important procedures and expand my knowledge through many independent projects.
In short – highly recommended!
